RSG Attends the Big I Day of Sacramento
I hope everyone is having a great October. This month has kept me busy with several tradeshows; I look forward to sharing my experiences with you!
In early October I attended the Sacramento I Day Convention. I was joined by two individuals from the RT Irvine office, Brian Hammond and Nicolas Bertole.
I love Sacramento, and we were fortunate to have the perfect fall day in downtown Sacramento. The event is held at the doorstep of the beautiful California State Capitol Building.
The Keynote Speaker was Jim Pelley, who spoke on “Laughter Works”. Jim put a humorous twist on the insurance industry and some of the issues we deal with every day. His speech took a lighter approach to several complex issues in the insurance industry.
In addition there were several other informative seminars such as, How to Become a Customer Centric Agency, USL&H Workers Comp Workshop and The Changing Nature of D&O Liability.
It’s always great to be back in California, and thank you to everyone who I had the pleasure of speaking with. This is one of the several conventions I look forward to each year.
