Alice Phillips Topping is the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer for Ryan Specialty. Alice oversees all of the marketing and communications efforts for Ryan Specialty corporately including RT Specialty and Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers.

Alice has been with Ryan Specialty since 2015 and has been a part of the insurance industry for over 25 years. Other insurance industry experience for Alice includes 17 years with Aon. During the second half of her time at Aon, Alice was responsible for the marketing and communications of the reinsurance brokerage operation, Aon Re. Alice has front line experience as a reinsurance broker for Aon Re where she handled specialty casualty and professional liability accounts. Alice’s insurance career began with a 12-month secondment at Lloyd’s of London.

Alice has her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and has a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
