Bradley Bodell serves as Chief Information Officer for Ryan Specialty. He is responsible for developing the vision, strategy and technology capabilities needed to enable and support revenue growth, drive operational excellence and mitigate risks across the enterprise. In this role, Brad acts as a thought leader and a champion for change, leading the technology and security teams, and he plays an active role in the firm’s governance as a member of the risk and investment management committees.

Before joining Ryan Specialty, Brad was the CIO for Trustmark Companies from 2018 to 2022, and, prior to that role, he served as Senior Vice President and CIO for CNO Financial Group from 2013 to 2018. Brad began his insurance career with MetLife, rising to become Vice President, Global Technology and Operations over a thirteen-year period. He also has experience working for KPMG Consulting, Productivity Point International and IBM.

Brad received a masters of science in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and masters in marketing from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He has served on the American Red Cross—Indiana Region board of directors and currently sits on the board for the Indiana Youth Institute.
