Henry S. Bienen has been a member of the Board since 2012 and currently serves on the Governance and Compensation Committee. He is the President Emeritus of Northwestern University.

Dr. Bienen is Emeritus Trustee of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Additionally, Dr. Bienen chairs the Advisory Committee of The Vistria Group’s Education Investments, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Rasmussen College, and is an Emeritus Board Member for MetroSquash, an urban squash and education program in Chicago. Dr. Bienen is the former Chairman the Board of the Crown Center on the Middle East Studies at Brandeis University and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Qatar Foundation and as a member of the Board of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art.
