November 5, 2018, MELVILLE, NY – WKFC Underwriting Managers (WKFC) is pleased to announce that Mark Reisig has joined their team as Chief Underwriting Officer, Property and is based at the headquarters in Melville, NY.

Mark joins WKFC with over 30 years of property insurance experience. His previous position was with Arch Insurance Group, where he served in a variety of roles in the Global Property division, both in New York and Bermuda. He most recently held the titles of Senior Vice President and Product Line Manager for Commercial Property for Arch US.

Mark began his career as a Highly Protected Risk engineer at Industrial Risk Insurers in 1988, and two years later became a HPR underwriter. He joined Kemper International in 1992, beginning as a Home Foreign underwriter and eventually became the manager for their New York City, Eastern, and Canadian regions. Mark then moved on to Willis, where he was an international account manager, and he joined Arch in 2002.

Commenting on this new hire, Dawn D’Onofrio, President and CEO of WKFC, said, “We are pleased to have Mark as a part of our team to lead our property facilities. The breadth and depth of his technical underwriting experience will be instrumental to developing the future property platforms at WKFC.”
